    To change your credit card PIN, please visit any of our branches directly. Kindly bring your ID card for verification purposes. Our staff will assist you in completing the PIN change process.

  • How do I report a fraudulent transaction on my card?

    To report a fraudulent transaction on your card, please contact our customer service immediately at [email protected] or visit any of our branches. For your security, please make sure to provide details of the transaction and your ID card for verification. A block will be placed on your card to avoid any further unauthorized transactions upon processing of your report and our team will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • How do I report my card stolen or lost?

    To report your card as stolen or lost, please contact our VISA Department immediately at [email protected] or kindly visit any of our branches. For security purposes, please have your ID card ready for verification. Our team will assist you in blocking the card and issuing a replacement.

  • What is the difference between an unsecured and secured credit card?

    Unsecured Credit Cards: These cards do not require collateral and generally have higher interest rates. Partially Secured Credit Cards: These cards may require some form of collateral but typically hold the same interest rates as unsecured cards. Secured Credit Cards: These cards require collateral before they can be approved and issued, usually resulting in lower interest rates.

    Payments are due 20 days after the statement date. To avoid accruing interest, please ensure that you settle your payment by this deadline.

  • Is my Credit Card linked to my Bank account?

    Your credit card is not directly linked to your bank account. However, you can set up automatic payments or transfers from your bank account via Online Banking to ensure timely payment of your Credit Card balance.

  • How much do I have to pay for a Credit Card?

    There is an initial cost of $2,500 for the issuance of your VISA credit card. If your card is lost or damaged, a $2,500 replacement fee will apply. Additionally, there is an annual fee associated with your credit card.
