Requirements:
- A valid Driver’s License (the card) In the absence of a Driver’s License:
- National Identification Card or Valid Passport
- Recent Proof of Address (dated within the last 6 months)
- TIN Certificate
- Business Registration and prior year financials are required.
- Financial Statements for the last 3 years / Cashflow Projections
- Quotation / Price List / Agreement of Sale / Letter of Intent
- Certificate of Valuation & photos of collateral
Interest Rate (Reducing Balance):
- 11% to 13% p.a.
Repayment Term:
- Maximum 12 years
Equity Contribution:
- 20% of the cost of the project
