To reset your e-banking password, please follow these steps:
- Click on the “Forgot Password” button.
- Enter your “User ID” and click “Verify.”
- Click the gold button labeled “Get Code.” A Security Code will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
- Enter the Security Code and click “Reset Password.” You’ll receive another email with your new login credentials.
- Return to the Login screen.
- Enter your “User ID” and the “Default Password,” then click “Login.”
- Change your password to one that you’re comfortable with.
- Set up your security codes for added protection.
