The cardholder’s issuers will provide all the needed information to complete the enrollment.
What are the customer service options available for cardholders?
Customer support will be available via the Priority Pass Membership Services Team or Priority Pass website. Customers will have immediate access to the Digital Membership Card via the app and website once the customer has successfully created their account.
Can cardholders visit all Priority Pass lounges?
Cardholders will be able to visit all Priority Pass lounges with their Digital Membership Card.
Can someone else access lounges using the customer’s Digital Membership Card?
No – the Digital Membership Card will have the customer’s name on it. This will be matched to the customer’s boarding pass or identification card when accessing the chosen lounge. Customers can take guests into a lounge for a guest visit fee when applicable*, as detailed as part of the digital Membership communications.
How will the cardholder know their entitlement & balance?
The issuer should clearly communicate the entitlement of the benefit to the customer. The cardholder will have the option of viewing their entitlement by logging in to their account on the Priority Pass app or website or calling Collinson membership services.
What will a cardholder do if a card is lost/stolen?
Once the cardholder receives their new payment card through the bank, the cardholder needs to log in to their Priority Pass account and update their payment details.
How can I update my payment details in my Priority Pass account?
Go to your Priority Pass account > Click on the “My Details” tab > Edit Billing Details > Update Details >Save.
How fast will a cardholder receive their Digital Membership Card and when can they use it to access a lounge or offers?
Cardholders will be able to use their benefit after they receive their welcome email and download their digital membership card. They can then view this membership card when logged in on the Priority Pass website or after downloading the Priority Pass app.
What type of information can cardholders update in their Priority Pass account?
Personal and billing details can be updated through the Priority Pass account, if cardholder’s have additional questions they can reach out to membership services.
Who should be contacted when a cardholder needs to address complaints/disputes/feedback about a lounge or experience?
Cardholders who need to report complaints, disputes or feedback from customers should contact our Membership Service team for assistance or also reach out to their issuer bank.
Can I use my email address for two different memberships?
Yes, it is possible to use one single email with different Priority Pass accounts.
