Security Officers:

Join our team responsible for safeguarding our premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our employees and customers, implementing security procedures and responding to any security-related incidents.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Security Officer, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk  and briskly move in order to effectively perform duties.
Education: 
  • Secondary Education
  • Additional certification in security or law enforcement is an advantage.

Customer Service Representatives:  

Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their banking needs and inquires.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
  • Educate customers on our products and services, ensuring they have the best banking experience.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell the bank products to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications & Skills: 
  • Six (6) CSEC passes – Grades 1 & 2 (Mathematics and English are compulsory) 
  • Certificate in Customer Service & /or proven experience or relevant background is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and social media platforms
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Adaptability to changing technology and processes.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
