Yes, you can only withdraw cash at any of the other bank’s ATMs that accepts Visa Card. However, there is a charge of $340 per transaction.
Our ATMs incur a $50 withdrawal fee for Account Holders and $340 for other bank cards. However there are no charges for balance enquiries or deposits.
Deposit error/discrepancy attracts a fee of $500.
- On site at all our Branches
- Off site at Guyoil Service Station, Regent Street, Georgetwon.
- Insert your card into the ATM and enter your PIN.
- Select “Deposit” as your transaction type.
- Choose the account you’re depositing into.
- An envelope will be dispensed.
- Insert your cash or cheque(s) into the envelope(no more than 50 notes at a time).
- Insert the envelope into the designated slot.
Kindly note that cash deposits made before 1 p.m. are cleared on the same day, while deposits made after 1 p.m. will be available the next day. However, cheques will undergo the standard two-business-day clearance period.
Ensuring customer convenience, the daily withdrawal limit is $200,000 which can be withdrawn in a single transaction.
- Withdrawal, the ATM will dispense denomination of $5,000 or $1,000 to correspond with the withdrawn value.
- Deposit, allows for any preferred note denomination. No coins or foreign currencies are allowed.
Yes, Receipt is optional for every transaction.
No, you must visit any of our branches to have your PIN change in bank.
